Luxury Retail Security Supervisor

Challenger Security is seeking a polished, experienced Level 5 Security Supervisor to oversee frontline operations at a prestigious luxury boutique in the heart of Sydney CBD. About the Role

As the Level 5 Luxury Retail Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring a team of professional security officers
• Ensuring the safety of clients, staff, and high-value assets
• Overseeing access control, incident response, and reporting
• Maintaining a discreet but confident presence aligned with the luxury brand environment
• Liaising with boutique management to ensure seamless operations and service delivery

Location: Sydney CBD

Employment Type: Full Time - Level 5

Hours/Roster: Sunday-Thursday, 09:30-19:00

Environment: Premium, luxury retail

What We’re Looking For

Essential Licences & Certifications:

• NSW Security Licence – 1A (Required)
• Certificate II in Security Operations
• Current First Aid & CPR (Required)
• National Police Check (Required)

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in a security leadership or supervisory role
• Experience in retail, luxury, or event environments highly regarded
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficiency with incident reporting systems and digital tools
• A professional presentation and customer-first mindset
