Challenger Services Group is seeking reliable and motivated Commercial Cleaners to join our team at a modern, professional facility in the heart of Sydney CBD. Working within a vibrant and high-profile environment, you'll play an important role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for staff, students, and visitors.

Roster: Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm OR Monday to Friday 11:00am - 4:00pm

Location: Sydney CBD, NSW

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Commercial Cleaner, you'll be responsible for:

• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Cleaning bathrooms, amenities, kitchens, and shared spaces to a high standard.
• Emptying bins, managing waste disposal, and ensuring common areas remain tidy and presentable.
• Sanitising high-touch surfaces and maintaining hygiene standards throughout the building.
• Replenishing consumables including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Reporting maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Following cleaning schedules, workplace procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Working independently and as part of a team to deliver a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

About You

 You'll be someone who:

• Has previous commercial cleaning experience (preferred but not essential).
• Takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Is reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Has strong attention to detail.
• Can work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Is physically capable of performing cleaning duties throughout the shift.
• Holds a valid Police Check or is willing to obtain one (mandatory).
• Has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
