About the role:
Ideally you have 5+ years of recent accounting experience in processing vendor invoices and raising customers invoices for a large sized business in Australia. You have high career ambitions and passionate about accounting and analysing data. You are eager to learn and improve your accounting experience. You will be joining a finance team of well-established business and will be involved in day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable and procurement etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily accounts receivables and accounts payable tasks.
- Issuing customer invoices and processing vendor invoices.
- Liaising with Operations team and responding to clients and vendor queries.
- Obtain quotes for a diverse range of commercial cleaning consumables and equipment.
- Processing orders and accurate data entry of orders, goods transfers, supplier invoicing and client invoicing in ERP system.
- Allocating and posting daily bank receipts and payments.
- Following up with customers for overdue balances.
- Some administrative duties include answering phone calls.
- Adhere to all office policies and procedures.
About you:
We are looking for candidates who have the following qualifications:
- Must have strong good MS Excel skills.
- At least 5+ years’ experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Experience with an accounting system preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills a must.
- Self-motivated, results driven and likes solving problems.
- Eager to improve and learn new finance and accounting tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
