This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring production areas, catering kitchens, equipment, warehouse spaces, and operational environments consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and audit readiness. You'll lead a dedicated sanitation team, drive compliance with food manufacturing standards, and play a direct role in protecting product quality and customer confidence.

As a key member of the site leadership team, you'll work closely with Operations, Quality Assurance, and frontline teams to maintain a safe, compliant, and high-performing facility operating around the clock.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Sanitation Supervisor, you will oversee the daily execution of all sanitation activities while ensuring the site remains fully compliant with food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements.

This role requires a strong technical understanding of sanitation programs, cleaning chemicals, food manufacturing standards, audit compliance, and team leadership. You'll be responsible for driving sanitation performance, maintaining documentation, coaching employees, and ensuring the facility is always inspection and audit ready.

Location: Mascot, NSW

Employment Type: Full-Time

Roster: Monday to Friday

Please note: While this role operates on a Monday to Friday roster, flexibility to accommodate occasional early starts or later finishes may be required to support operational requirements, audits, and sanitation activities.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sanitation, safety, and operational performance.
  • Ensure all production and support areas remain clean, safe, compliant, and audit-ready.
