About the Role

As our Public Area Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for all public area cleaning and related operations across New South Wales. You’ll lead daily service delivery, manage teams across multiple sites, and ensure our clients receive exceptional service every time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily cleaning operations across our sites in new South Wales.
  • Lead, coach, and empower your team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure service excellence.
  • Manage rosters, budgets, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Drive safety, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide operational reporting and insights to support business growth.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong hospitality background – ideally five-star hotel and/or cleaning environments.
  • Has experience managing cleaning teams across multiple sites.
  • Holds a valid driver’s licence and current police check.
  • Demonstrates leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.
  • Understands WHS, chemical handling, and commercial cleaning processes.
  • Has knowledge of the HIGA (preferred but not essential).
