About the Role:
As a Part-Time Room Attendant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the high standards of a luxury hotel. You’ll be responsible for ensuring guest rooms are spotless, welcoming, and ready to impress. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Roster/Hours: 0800-1400 – Across Monday-Sunday
- Location: Broadbeach, Gold Coast

You’re someone who has proven experience as a Room Attendant and understands the importance of safety, cleanliness, and presentation. You’re flexible, reliable, and ready to contribute to a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Room cleaning: Clean guest rooms to a high standard using our award-winning training and guidelines.
- Guest experience: Be a brand ambassador and deliver the best hospitality experience to hotel guests and visitors.
- Team support: Help maintain a safe and clean workplace environment.
- Compliance: Follow all company policies, procedures, standards, and safe work practices at all times.
What we're looking for:
- Availability: Flexible and available to work across a rotating 7-day roster.
- Experience: Proven experience working as a Room Attendant.
- Safety understanding: Good understanding of the safety elements associated with the job.
- Chemical knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and their correct and safe handling.
