An exciting role to support a new contract

  • Role will initially focus on scheduling however duties will expand as department grows
  • Close to Fortitude Valley Train Station or onsite parking available
  • Possibility to be based in our Southport office is also available

WHAT WE NEED?

As a Scheduler you will be working alongside our Operations Manager - Disability Support.

Successful applicants will share a desire to care and assist clients with a strong person centred care focus whilst working alongside other departments in the business. You must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.


WHAT YOU’LL DO?

  • Scheduling duties along with general administration tasks
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service


 WHAT YOU’LL NEED?

  • Previous scheduling experience is essential
  • You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as you will need to liaise with staff and clients to confirm shifts and services scheduled and to take incoming calls and implement scheduled changes as required.
  • The successful candidate must demonstrate organizational skills, effective time management and ability to work to multiple deadlines.
  • A demonstrated ability to problem solve and think on your feet in a fast paced and ever changing environment as you will need to reschedule services and shifts as they arise.
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Knowledge of rostering and scheduling systems like Skedulo and Deputy would be beneficial as approving timesheets will be required
  • The ability to prepare and organize ongoing schedules for employees, setting up client appointments and maintaining, managing travel, rescheduling shifts in a timely manner on a daily basis
  • We are looking for a candidate with a “can do attitude" and a willingness to get in and get the job done
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level with the MS office suite of products
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within and outside the organization
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Current National Police Check or ability to attain one
