 About the Role:

We are seeking a Full-Time Room Attendant Supervisor (Level 5) to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team within a luxury hotel environment. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead by example, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved. You’ll conduct regular floor sweeps, monitor staff performance, and provide support and guidance to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard.


·      Roster/Hours: 0800-1400

·      Location: Broadbeach, Gold Coast


Are you the right fit?

You’re an experienced hospitality professional with a strong housekeeping background, ideally with prior supervisory experience. You understand the importance of safety, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’re reliable, proactive, and confident in leading and motivating a team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervision: Oversee and support housekeeping staff in their day-to-day duties.
  • Quality control: Conduct regular inspections and floor sweeps to ensure rooms and public areas meet hotel standards.
  • Team leadership: Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members.
  • Guest experience: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and high-quality environment.
  • Compliance & safety: Ensure all staff follow company policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
  • What we’re looking for
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Room Attendant; supervisory experience highly regarded.
  • Leadership skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and workplace safety.
