Challenger Services Group is hiring Casual Facility Cleaners to work across various Sydney Trains sites. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a hands-on role, we want to hear from you!

• Valid RIW Card (Rail Industry Worker)
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Current Police Check

About the Role

• Clean and maintain train stations and facilities to high standards
• Work across multiple Sydney Trains locations
• Be part of a 24/7 rotating roster (day, afternoon, and overnight shifts, weekdays and weekends)

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in commercial cleaning, ideally in transport or high-traffic environments
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and chemical handling
• Well-presented, with good communication skills
• Flexible availability across a 7-day roster
