We're Hiring: Casual Rostering Administrator

Pay: $33.38p/h

Location: Sydney

Roster: Mon-Thu, 10:00am-3:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Operations team with day-to-day coordination and admin tasks
  • Managing compliance records, onboarding documents, and site-specific requirements
  • Assisting with staff rostering, collecting timesheets, and resource planning
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to resolve scheduling or site issues quickly
  • Keeping operations data accurate and up to date for reporting
  • Coordinating logistics such as uniforms, equipment, and site access
  • Ensuring WHS and company policies are followed
  • Working with HR, Payroll, and other departments as needed
  • Occasionally travelling to sites across NSW

About You:

You are a hands-on, results-driven sanitation professional with:

  • Super organised and love ticking things off your to-do list
  • Great at juggling tasks and keeping your cool under pressure
  • Confident communicator—both written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy, especially with MS Office
  • Experience in facilities, cleaning, or operational support is a bonus
  • Hold a RIW card or willing to get one
