State Operations Manager – Services

We are looking for a State Operations Manager – Services (QLD) to lead performance, strengthen client partnerships and build operational capability across a geographically dispersed workforce.
This is a senior, autonomous role with accountability for service delivery, profitability, retention and growth across the state.

What you’ll be responsible for
- Leading state-wide operational performance against key KPIs
- Ensuring contracted services are delivered to a consistently high standard.
- Driving profitability through disciplined cost and workforce management
- Strengthening client relationships to support retention and expansion
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Building capability across teams through coaching, structure and leadership
- Overseeing reporting, compliance and operational governance
What we’re looking for
- Proven leadership experience in commercial cleaning or a similar service environment
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- A practical, hands-on leadership style with high accountability
- Ability to lead dispersed teams and drive consistency at scale.
- Confident stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Sound understanding of safety, compliance and workforce management.
