Role Purpose:

You will welcome our guests with warmth, personality and amazing service! Confirming bookings, ensuring table arrangements allow for maximum patronage and revenue whilst also ensuring the comfort of our guests and our food & beverage service is delivered in a timely manner are all in a day's work as a Host at Fiume Rooftop Bar.

• Providing the ultimate customer experience to all guests through your impeccable customer service and laser sharp attention to detail.
• This position requires you to think outside of the box, pre-empt needs, and have the ability to work autonomously as well as in a cohesive team.
• Leaving such a great impression that guests are still talking about you and will return because of you (and the amazing cocktails!)
• Organisation and order run in your veins, and you love keeping everyone in sync.
• A problem solving and logistics genius who lives for the ultimate guest satisfaction challenge.
• Able to work across all shifts including weekends and evenings.
