THE ROLE:
Crystalbrook Vincent is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager who is proactive, positive, believes in solutions not problems and remains calm and service focused. This position reports to our Hotel Manager and is an integral role within the hotel's leadership team.
This position leads the Maintenance Department and related activities at hotel level and will be responsible for ensuring the continued high standard of presentation and operation of the Hotel building and it collective services.

- We are seeking applications from trade experienced professionals, those who have a proven track record of success with skills in major asset maintenance and staff leadership - previous Hotel experience will be beneficial.
- You will have a solid understanding of the importance of WH&S and the ability to manage and monitor multiple maintenance projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrable communication skills with high attention to detail.
- You will possess strong financial and administration skills and a desire to join a forward thinking, innovative company.
- Ability to manage contracted trades people, and potential external suppliers in a proactive manner.
- You will have the ability to build and maintain long term relationships with key suppliers.
- You will be guest centric and have a sincere passion for elevating guest experiences through excellence.
