Role Purpose:

We are seeking enthusiastic food & beverage collaborators to join our vibrant team at Mews Cafe.

Great opportunity for early birds as we will be offering early breakfast shifts for a beautiful breakfast service. Our exceptional award-winning venues thrive with personality and gastric delights to suit every taste. 

Skills and experience:

The position reports to the Venue Manager and work alongside a passionate and supportive team who believe in crafting incredible culinary experiences for all guests. 

We take great pride in delivering the very best dining experience in our restaurant. Because of this we are seeking zealous, engaging and professional food and beverage wizards!  

You will need to demonstrate: 

• Recent experience in a la carte food and beverage service in a high-end environment 
• Fantastic Barista skills
• A current QLD RSA Certificate 
• Availability across a 7 day roster - early morning breakfast shifts will be required
• A high standard of service and an agile, high-energy personality 
• An engaging, confident and guest centric character with a natural drive to provide memorable guest experiences 
• Strong commitment to establishing and maintaining long-term employment in Brisbane
