THE ROLE:

Crystalbrook Vincent, located in the vibrant Howard Smith Wharves precinct are looking for courageous Food & Beverage professionals to lead our high energy, passionate and creative Food and Beverage teams.

We are excited to offer multiple opportunities as outlined below -

Assistant Venue Manager & Food & Beverage Supervisor - Mews Cafe - These roles are integral to the smooth running of our busy breakfast/brunch restaurant. You will be responsible for effectively managing and coordinating all aspects of the day-to-day venue operations, along with In Room Dining and the Mini Bar function. You will be crucial to creating memorable experiences for our guests along with supporting and developing our collaborators.

Assistant Event Operations Manager - Due to a recent promotion we are seeking an experienced Assistant Events Operations Manager to support the Event Operations Manager in providing consistent elevated service to our conference and events guests. This is a hands-on role, leading the team to execute high end events and nurturing our employee's development.

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for skilled and career-focused hospitality leaders. Proven ability to lead and develop a high performing team whilst juggling the day to day running of a busy venue will be essential to your success.

  • You will naturally demonstrate a high energy with an inherent desire to provide our guests and customers with the best level of service
  • You must have highly developed food and beverage experience at a leadership level - preferably from premium or high-end Hotels or standalone venues
  • You will have a creative and inquisitive mind with strong organisational skills and demonstrable experience
  • An adept ability to maximise the financial performance of the venue along with strong planning abilities and a natural accountability for high performance at all times
  • You will have led from the front and be capable of inspiring and leading teams of staff. Can you deliver the FUN?
  • Experience in rostering, identifying trends, working across recruitment and training whilst ensuring exceptional operating standards
  • Managing strong legislative and WHS controls comes naturally to you
  • You will enjoy working shift work across a 7-day roster and feel confident with working in a fast-paced environment. Note: Mews Cafe leaders will predominantly work early morning breakfast service periods.
  • You must have a current QLD RSA
