Finance Manager

An opportunity now exists for an experienced Finance Manager to join the leadership team at Crystalbrook Sam, our newest hotel opening in Adelaide.

This is a key leadership role responsible for establishing the financial foundations of the hotel during its pre-opening phase and ensuring strong financial governance, performance insight and commercial discipline once operational.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager, with a strong partnership to the Group Finance team, the Finance Manager will lead all financial operations for the hotel.

You will provide trusted commercial insight to the leadership team, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls and strategic financial guidance that supports sound decision-making and sustainable performance.

As part of the pre-opening leadership team, you will play a critical role in setting up financial systems, processes and controls that support the successful launch and long-term performance of the hotel.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the financial management and reporting for Crystalbrook Sam
• Deliver accurate monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes
• Provide commercial insights to support revenue performance and cost management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls and regulatory requirements
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll coordination and financial administration
• Partner with department leaders to support strong financial decision-making
• Establish financial systems, processes and governance frameworks during pre-opening

About You

You are a commercially minded finance professional with experience in hospitality or hotel finance environments.

You combine strong technical expertise with the ability to translate financial information into practical insights that support operational leaders.

Highly organised and detail-oriented, you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy building structure and clarity in pre-opening or growth phases.
