The Opportunity

Some guests linger over breakfast. Others are grabbing a bite before heading out for the day. As a Food & Beverage Attendant on our breakfast team, you will give them the same warm welcome and thoughtful service, whatever their morning looks like.

Working alongside your team, you will set the restaurant for service, serve food and drinks, and clear and reset tables as the room fills. You will keep an eye on the small details that make a busy breakfast feel relaxed for guests, from spotting someone ready to order, to helping a family get settled at their table.

This is a part-time position offering 8–16 hours per week, with early morning shifts across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

The Talent

Experience in a similar role, particularly in hotel breakfast service, is valued. We also welcome people starting out in hospitality. If you bring reliability, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we can provide the training and support to help you settle in and build your skills.

You will bring:

  • A warm, professional approach to looking after guests.
  • Clear communication and a willingness to lend a hand when service gets busy.
  • An eye for detail and pride in keeping the restaurant welcoming and ready for guests.
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate valid in Queensland.
  • Availability for morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
