The Opportunity:
As a Spa Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering a calm, personalised and memorable experience for every guest who visits Eléme Day Spa.
From the moment a guest arrives through to the completion of their treatment, you will create a seamless journey, delivering treatments with care and precision, building genuine connections and ensuring each guest feels relaxed, valued and well looked after.
Working within a professional and supportive spa environment, you will follow established treatment protocols while bringing your own attention to detail and warmth to each interaction. You will confidently recommend treatments and homecare products, contributing to both guest wellbeing and overall spa performance.
This is a casual role offering approximately 16-24 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional shifts.
The Talent:
You are a qualified and passionate Spa Therapist who brings care, professionalism and attention to detail to every treatment. You take pride in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment, with a genuine focus on guest wellbeing and experience.
You will bring:
- A Diploma in Beauty Services or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a Spa Therapist role within a hotel or spa environment
- Strong knowledge of massage and beauty treatments, including current industry trends
- Confidence recommending treatments and homecare products
- A strong focus on hygiene, presentation and service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm, professional and guest-focused approach
- Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
