The Opportunity:

As a Food & Beverage Attendant within the Conferencing & Events team, you will play an important role in delivering seamless service across a wide range of events - from corporate meetings and conferences to banquets and special occasions.

You will assist with room set-ups, event service and pack-down, ensuring each space is prepared to a high standard and events run smoothly from start to finish. Working closely with the Conferencing & Events and wider Food & Beverage teams, you will contribute to well-coordinated, professional service that reflects Crystalbrook’s commitment to thoughtful hospitality.

This is a casual role offering approximately 16–24 hours per week, well suited to someone who enjoys structured service, teamwork and being part of successful event delivery.

The Talent:

You are a dependable, guest-focused hospitality professional who enjoys working in event-based environments and takes pride in preparation, presentation and follow-through.

Ideally, you will bring:

  • Experience in conferencing and events and/or food and beverage service
  • Exposure to room set-ups, banquet service and event pack-down
  • A strong work ethic and comfort in a hands-on, physical role
  • A professional communication style and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work efficiently as part of a team and follow event schedules
  • Immaculate personal presentation and a positive, reliable attitude
  • A current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster, including early mornings, evenings and weekends as required for events

Experience in hotel or large-scale event environments will be highly regarded, with training and support provided for the right candidate.
