The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Bartender or someone who is passionate about beverage flair to work at Paper Crane! Emphasis will be placed on assisting the Restaurant Manager in maintaining established service standards, presentation, supervision and control of the beverage items in the outlet to attain highest levels of guest satisfaction.

  • You will bring high energy and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests and customers.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, spirits, and wines, with an eye on current beverage trends.
  • Ability to oversee bar service and assist with floor duties when needed, ensuring smooth operations across all areas.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure efficiency.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of bartenders to maintain high standards of service and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end bar or luxury hotel environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine; have the ability to recommend menu combinations and upsell alternatives.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to stay composed and perform efficiently in high-pressure situations.
