The Opportunity:
As a Spa Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering a calm, personalised and memorable experience for every guest who visits Eléme Day Spa.
From the moment a guest arrives through to the completion of their treatment, you will create a seamless journey, delivering treatments with care and precision, building genuine connections and ensuring each guest feels relaxed, valued and well looked after.
Working within a professional and supportive spa environment, you will follow established treatment protocols while bringing your own attention to detail and warmth to each interaction. You will confidently recommend treatments and homecare products, contributing to both guest wellbeing and overall spa performance.
You will also support the day-to-day operations of the spa, maintaining high standards of presentation, hygiene and organisation across treatment rooms and shared spaces. During busier periods, you may assist with reception and guest coordination to ensure a smooth and consistent experience.
We are currently offering both part-time and casual opportunities, each with approximately 8 - 16 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours based on demand and availability.
