As our Corporate Event Sales Specialist, you will help shape memorable corporate experiences by securing residential meetings, group bookings and catering-only events. Combining a natural flair for relationship building with commercial focus, you will guide clients with warmth and confidence while showcasing the distinctive experiences that make Crystalbrook stand apart.
Role Purpose:
This role plays an important part in supporting our Corporate Sales Team in Cairns. Blending administration, coordination and client care, you will prepare proposals, contracts and reports, manage enquiries and help deliver a smooth and engaging customer journey from first contact through to confirmation.
From organising site visits and inspections to coordinating responsive and thoughtful communication, this role plays an important part in delivering a seamless customer journey within Crystalbrook Collection.
Skills and experience:
We are seeking someone who has experience in a similar role, ideally within hotels, tourism or a fast-paced customer-focused environment. You will be an engaged communicator with a sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills and a natural ability to solve problems as they arise.
You will value teamwork and bring a collaborative, inclusive approach that aligns well with our hotels and the way we work together. You are someone who shows initiative, brings ideas to the table and enjoys finding practical solutions.
Strong IT skills are essential, and experience with Opera PMS, IVvy and or Sales Cloud will be highly regarded.
This is a full time, permanent position and therefore, we are unable to consider those on short-term working visas for this opportunity.
