The Opportunity.

As a Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring consistency, quality and efficiency across preparation and service. You will play a key role in maintaining standards, supporting service flow and contributing to a well-organised kitchen operation.

Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for day-to-day execution within your section - including preparation, stock control, minimising waste and maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards. You will also support the development of junior chefs, providing guidance and leading by example during service.

This is a full-time position, suited to a chef who is confident running a section, takes pride in delivering consistent results and enjoys being part of a collaborative, high-performing team.

The Talent:

You are a reliable and capable chef with strong fundamentals and a practical, hands-on approach to your work. You bring consistency, attention to detail and a team-first mindset to every service.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up
  • A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to manage a section and deliver consistent, high-quality output
  • A solid understanding of food safety, WHS and kitchen compliance standards
  • Experience with stock control, portioning and minimising waste
  • The ability to support, guide and develop junior team members
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail during service
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster

A practical approach, reliability and a genuine commitment to quality will be key to success in this role.

Why us:

You will work alongside exceptional people in a supportive, collaborative and agile environment. We are proud to offer a range of industry-leading benefits that support your lifestyle, career and wellbeing including:

  • 50% F&B discount across all Crystalbrook restaurants and bars
  • $99 room rates and a generous friends and family discount

  • Access to our internal mobility program and team reward schemes
  • Online learning and training with tailored career development pathways
  • A culture of collaboration, diversity and elevated experiences
  • Limitless career opportunities in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
  • Regular service recognition and team engagement events
