The Talent:

You are a confident and service-led hospitality professional who enjoys being present on the floor and bringing out the best in others. You combine strong operational awareness with a calm, organised approach and take pride in creating a positive experience for both guests and the team.

  • Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or in a senior restaurant, hotel or service role - Breakfast service experience will be highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of service flow, team coordination and guest experience delivery
  • A hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, guide and motivate others
  • Confidence managing guest feedback and resolving concerns with professionalism and care
