The Role:

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to work in our vibrant Asian-fusion venue, Paper Crane. Reporting to the Venue Manager, and working alongside a passionate and supportive hotel team, you will lead the floor in our Breakfast team and can wow our guests from early mornings into the afternoon. You will assist in leading the team and creating a dining experience that keeps our guest wanting more. 

  • You will bring high energy and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests and customers.
  • Strong knowledge of the sequence of service.
  • Ability to oversee floor service, ensuring smooth operations across all areas.
  • Anticipating and responding to tricky requests & concerns in a professional and timely manner and coaching your team to do the same. 
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of Food and Beverage Attendants, creating an outstanding employment experience and leading them to continue to deliver incredible service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

About You:

We are looking for a skilled and ambitious restaurant supervisor who can display: 

  • Considerable experience in breakfast service within a premium restaurant or luxury hotel environments.
  • Previous restaurant or supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and speciality in high quality service. 
  • Great attention to detail, being one step ahead of guests needs. 
  • In-depth knowledge of sequence of service and product knowledge.  
  • The passion to take on other ad-hoc duties as required 
  • Ability to prioritise & work in fast-paced environment being able to keep high standards of service.  
  • Friendly and confident communication skills.   
  • QLD RSA essential 
  • Available across various shifts including weekends, evenings and public holidays 
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
