We're not just another hotel group — we're a bold, sustainably minded collection that puts people and place at the heart of everything we do. The Opportunities:

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead service on shift, ensuring a seamless, high-quality guest experience while supporting a strong, collaborative team environment.

We are currently hiring across multiple venues within our Cairns portfolio - Crystalbrook Bailey, Crystalbrook Riley, and Crystalbrook Flynn - with opportunities available in breakfast, restaurant, bar, and events environments.

Working closely with Venue Managers and Assistant Venue Managers, you will take ownership of service flow, guide the team and maintain strong standards across presentation, quality and guest interaction. You will be a visible, hands-on leader, stepping in where needed to keep service running smoothly.

You will also support team development through on-shift coaching and guidance, helping to build capability and confidence across the floor. From managing reservations and pacing to responding to guest feedback and supporting revenue initiatives, you will contribute to both the guest experience and overall performance of the venue.

These roles suit individuals who enjoy leading from the front, thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering well-run, engaging service.

The Talent:

You are a confident, service-driven hospitality professional with a natural ability to lead and support a team. You bring strong operational awareness and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will bring:

  • Experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or senior service role within a restaurant, bar or hotel environment
  • Strong understanding of service flow, team coordination and guest experience delivery
  • Strong leadership capability, with the ability to guide, support and bring out the best in a team
  • Experience managing guest feedback and resolving issues professionally
  • Understanding of labour, cost control and operational performance
  • Experience with POS systems and reservations platforms
  • A current QLD RSA
  • Availability across a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holiday
