The Opportunity:

We are seeking a polished and guest-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to help elevate the poolside experience at Crystalbrook Riley.

Positioned within one of the resort’s most vibrant guest spaces, this opportunity is centred around delivering an engaging and elevated poolside journey from arrival through to departure.

As a consistent and visible presence throughout the day, you will create genuine guest connection through warm, intuitive, and personalised service while helping shape the premium atmosphere Riley is known for. This is a role where thoughtful hospitality, strong attention to detail, and memorable guest moments sit at the heart of the experience.

You will anticipate guest needs before they arise, delivering seamless food and beverage service while creating an experience that feels polished, effortless, and distinctly Riley. Working closely with the wider operational team, you will play an important role in maintaining exceptional presentation standards, contributing to a cohesive guest journey, and bringing consistency, energy, and service excellence to our poolside offering.

This is a part-time, permanent opportunity offering 24–38 hours per week.

The Talent

The ideal candidate will bring experience from a premium resort, poolside, beach club, or similarly elevated hospitality environment, with a strong focus on personalised service, genuine guest engagement, and creating memorable experiences.

You are a natural host who thrives in guest-facing environments and understand that exceptional service is about more than simply taking orders - it is about creating an experience.

  • Previous food and beverage or premium hospitality experience
  • A naturally warm, polished, and confident communication style
  • Strong guest engagement capability and a passion for creating memorable experiences
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate guest needs
  • High presentation standards and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously while remaining highly collaborative
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and peak periods
  • Valid RSA certification
