The Opportunity: 

Join the Housekeeping team at Crystalbrook Collection and take pride in creating spaces that shape how our guests feel from the moment they arrive. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play an essential role in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across our guest rooms, ensuring every space feels welcoming, intentional and unmistakably Crystalbrook. 

You will enjoy working with a high level of trust and independence, balanced by strong teamwork and shared standards. Supported by a professional and collaborative housekeeping team, you take ownership of your work, notice the details others might overlook, and take genuine satisfaction in creating calm, well-presented spaces that leave a lasting impression on every guest stay. 

This is a casual role offering 24–38 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional shifts depending on operational requirements. 

The Talent:   

You are someone who takes pride in creating spaces that feel immaculate, welcoming and thoughtfully presented. Experience and knowledge of housekeeping operations is great — however, we love to train those with a passion for our industry. Whether you have experience already or are just beginning your hospitality journey, you bring care, reliability and an eye for detail to everything you do. 

Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning within a hotel environment (preferred but not essential)  

  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail in cleaning and room presentation 
  • Passionate in providing friendly personalized customer service
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
