Role Purpose:

We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially savvy Business Development Manager to lead the charge in driving growth across our Top 10 Leisure accounts. In this pivotal role, you’ll refine our product offering to align with evolving market demands—leveraging unique room types, curated F&B experiences, and cultural insights to elevate guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.

As our in-house expert for western markets, you’ll monitor booking trends, identify growth opportunities, and transform market insights into strategies that consistently drive performance—quarter after quarter and measured through your KPIs.

Your natural relationship-building skills will shine in this front-facing business development role. You’ll represent Crystalbrook at key sales functions, trade shows, and industry events, confidently growing our Tour Series and Group business. From crafting persuasive proposals to managing RFPs with efficiency and precision, you’ll convert opportunities into high-impact results while delivering standout experiences every step of the way.

To succeed in this role, you’ll be a confident communicator, skilled at leading training sessions, building strong networks, and hosting clients at high-impact engagement events. The role also involves travel, offering opportunities to connect with partners and prospects face-to-face. You’ll work seamlessly across teams and stakeholders, sharing ideas with clarity and intent. Proactive and self-motivated, you know when to take initiative and when to bring people together to achieve results. With keen attention to detail and a forward-thinking mindset, you’ll stay ahead of challenges, solve problems in real time, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture that enhances the customer experience at every touchpoint.

 This is a full time, permanent position and therefore, we are unable to consider those on short term working visa's for this opportunity.
