We are now seeking an experienced Rooms Division Manager to lead our Front Office and Housekeeping teams, ensuring every guest journey is seamless. memorable and delivered with genuine warmth.

Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, this is a senior operational leadership role with responsibility for driving service standards, team performance, rooms efficiency and the overall guest experience across the rooms division.

The Role

As Rooms Division Manager, you will bring together the energy of Front Office and the precision of Housekeeping to create a connected, consistent and elevated guest experience.

You will be a visible and engaging leader who thrives in a fast-moving hotel environment, balancing operational excellence with people leadership, commercial awareness and a passion for service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, coaching and developing the Front Office and Housekeeping teams
  • Driving exceptional guest experiences from arrival through to departure
  • Overseeing rooms operations, occupancy flow, guest feedback and service recovery
  • Ensuring presentation, cleanliness and brand standards are consistently achieved
  • Working closely with the Hotel Manager and senior leadership team to support hotel performance
  • Managing labour, productivity, costs and operational efficiencies across the division
  • Building a collaborative team culture where people feel supported, accountable and inspired
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, security and company procedures

About You

You are an experienced rooms leader who understands the rhythm of a busy luxury hotel and knows how to bring teams together to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in Rooms Division, Front Office and/or Housekeeping leadership within a luxury, lifestyle hotel environment
  • Strong operational knowledge across both Front Office and Housekeeping
  • A calm, confident and hands-on leadership style with a strong investment in people
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • A genuine passion for guest experience and team development
  • Strong financial and commercial awareness
  • The ability to lead with energy, consistency and care
  • Experience in an upscale, luxury or lifestyle hotel environment is essential
  • To be considered for this opportunity, you will be an Australian resident, citizen or hold a valid long-term visa with full working rights in Australia. Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this role.
