The Role:
We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor with a keen eye for detail and a passion for operational hotel leadership to join our team. This is a full-time position and reports to our Rooms Division Manager.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supervise the Housekeeping team, ensuring effective operating systems and daily checklists are actioned and maintained
- Monitor team rosters, attendance and productivity to meet service and efficiency targets
- Provide hands on leadership while empowering individuals to develop and sustain high standard of housekeeping practice
- Drive guest satisfaction across rooms by inspiring the team to deliver service beyond expectations
- Ensure compliance with WHS processes and safety procedures across the housekeeping functions
- Assist in on-the-job training and ongoing development of team collaborators
About you:

- Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within the hotel or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership abilities with a natural talent for motivating and inspiring others
- A genuine passion for coaching and developing team members through onboarding and ongoing training
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a guest-centric mindset
- Impeccable attention to detail and high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Confident decision -making and problem solving under pressure
- Flexibility to work full time across a rotating roster, including weekend and public holidays
