Multiple Housekeeping Opportunities - Attendants, Public Areas and Supervisor Level

Crystalbrook Kingsley has transformed Newcastle’s former Council Administration Centre into an elegant and sophisticated 130-room five-star hotel with a signature rooftop bar and restaurant, lobby bar and café along with two private meeting venues. At Crystalbrook Kingsley, our Housekeeping team plays a vital role in delivering calm, comfort and beautifully curated guest experiences inside one of Newcastle’s most iconic luxury hotels.

We are currently recruiting across multiple housekeeping positions, welcoming people who take pride in presentation, enjoy working at pace and value being part of a supportive, professional team.

Opportunities available

• Housekeeping Attendants – Guest rooms and turndown services
• Public Areas Attendants – Lobby, restaurants, back-of-house and shared spaces
• Housekeeping Supervisors – Leading teams, quality checks and daily operations

The roles:

You will curate the hotel experience for our guests by:

• Achieving and exceeding guest hygiene standards
• Ensuring presentation of the hotel is high standard in both cleanliness and presentation
• Clean all general areas including bathrooms and replenish amenities to the highest quality and efficiency
• Ensuring rooms are of the high standard in both cleanliness and presentation
• Clean rooms, Make beds, Dust, Vacuum, Clean Bathrooms and Replenish amenities to the highest quality and efficiency
• Respond to guest requests for amenities or additional items in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

ABOUT YOU:

Your many talents will include:

• Excellent organisation and time management skills, with strong and clear communication skills
• A commitment to remain based in Newcastle for a minimum of 12 months
• Committed to delivering excellent service & meet quality standards
• A strong eye for detail and pride in presentation
• Reliability, teamwork and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards
• Supervisory experience is essential for Supervisor roles
• Previous housekeeping experience is valued but not essential for Attendant roles
