The Role:
We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor with a keen eye for detail and a passion for operational hotel leadership to join our team. This is a full-time position and reports to our Rooms Division Manager.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supervise the Housekeeping team to ensure effective systems and operational procedures including daily checklists are actioned
- Monitor rosters, attendance and productivity of the team
- Empower individuals to ensure good practices are developed and maintained
- Drive Rooms guest satisfaction by empowering our teams to provide service beyond our guests expectations
- Deliver hands-on supervisory leadership across your areas
- compliance with WHS processes and procedures
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth transition of services
- Assist in on-the-job department and staff training
- Promote the company health and well-being processes and procedures
About you:
Your many talents will include:
- Proven experience in a Supervisory role in housekeeping operations
- Strong leadership skills and a natural flair in motivating others
- A passion for developing your team skills in all aspects of onboarding and training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with our guest service focus
- Your attention to detail is second to none
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work and make decisions under pressure
- The ability to work across a full-time schedule
