The Opportunity

As People & Culture Manager, you will be the heartbeat of Crystalbrook Kingsley — partnering closely with the General Manager and leadership team to embed our values:

You will balance compliance with creativity, performance with care, and commercial discipline with humanity. From workforce planning to engagement strategy, from performance coaching to Fair Work compliance, you will ensure our people practices enable operational excellence and elevate the Collaborator experience.

What You’ll Lead

  • End-to-end talent acquisition aligned to brand and capability needs
  • Leadership coaching and capability uplift across departments
  • Performance management, ER and case management in line with Australian legislation
  • Engagement initiatives that drive retention and pride
  • WHS, psychosocial safety and risk governance
  • Workforce planning and labour optimisation
  • Embedding Crystalbrook’s culture in every stage of the employee lifecycle

Who You Are

You are commercially minded yet deeply human.

You understand the Hospitality Industry (General) Award, Fair Work obligations and WHS requirements — but you also understand that culture is built in moments, not manuals.

You thrive in a hotel/service environment. You are visible, present and pragmatic. You are comfortable navigating complexity and confident having courageous conversations. You know how to influence leaders while protecting both people and business outcomes.
