Join the team at Crystalbrook Kingsley as a Kitchen Steward and play an important part in keeping our kitchen operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high standards, enjoys working as part of a fast paced team and understands the importance of cleanliness, organisation and support behind the scenes.

About You:

  • Efficient cleaning of kitchen premises and equipment to meet the highest of standards
  • Maintaining food hygiene standards and correct chemical use.
  • Ensuring that all access and traffic areas are clear and sparkling clean.
  • Treat our brand-new equipment with respect to keep it gleaming.
  • Working with the chefs to ensure the kitchen operations seamless perfect before and after service.
  • Assist the Purchasing department with deliveries and stock management.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with all departments of the hotel.
