The Opportunity: 

Join the Front Office team at Crystalbrook Flynn, where genuine hospitality meets modern luxury. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel - ensuring every arrival and departure feels seamless, memorable and full of warmth. 

You will handle guest check-ins and check-outs with precision and care, respond to requests with efficiency and positivity, and share your local knowledge to help guests make the most of their stay in beautiful Cairns. This is a varied, people-focused role suited to someone who loves connecting with others, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. 

The Talent: 

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent on a part-time basis, offering 16-24+ hours per week. We welcome candidates with previous guest service experience (hotel experience is an advantage!), who have a passion for interacting with people and an empathic ability to anticipate our guests' needs.  

  • Your talents will include:  
  • Proficient computer skills (Opera PMS an advantage) 
  • You will have a strong attention to detail 
  • You are familiar with Cairns and the wider region 
  • An availability to work across a 7-day roster - evenings and night included  
  • You will be motivated to provide the best guest experience possible  
  • You demonstrate a 'can-do' approach to your duties
