The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead from the front, setting the tone for an inspired kitchen culture built on trust, shared goals and a passion for pushing boundaries. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our food and beverage and hotel teams to bring a unified, guest-centric vision to life — from venue dining, intimate room service to show-stopping events. You will naturally:

• Lead all culinary operations with courage, vision and precision
• Design seasonal, story-driven menus that surprise and delight
• Champion a collaborative kitchen culture where ideas are shared and people are empowered
• Mentor and develop talent to grow the next generation of culinary leaders
• Partner with local producers to deliver sustainable, locally sourced excellence
• Continuously refining the guest dining journey to exceed expectations at every touchpoint

About you:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or a Senior Head Chef in a premium hospitality setting
• Bold in creativity and confident in execution
• A track record of inspiring, mentoring, and developing teams to their full potential
• Culinary qualifications and a current food safety certification
• A cool head under pressure, able to navigate any challenge with ease and grace
• Deep understanding of food safety, budgeting and kitchen operations
