The Opportunity:

As a Demi Chef, you will be an integral part of the kitchen team, supporting the Chef de Partie and contributing to the preparation and service of consistently high-quality food. You will be hands-on across prep, cooking and plating, with a strong focus on flavour, presentation and timing.

This role suits a Demi Chef who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a collaborative kitchen environment and values strong standards. You will play an important role in maintaining food safety, cleanliness and organisation, helping ensure service runs smoothly from start to finish.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

The Talent:

You are a capable and motivated Demi Chef who enjoys being on the tools and continuing to develop your skills in a professional kitchen setting.

You will bring:

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• A solid understanding of food safety, hygiene and WHS standards
• Strong preparation skills and attention to detail
• A calm, reliable approach during service periods
• Clear communication and a positive, team-focused mindset
• Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
