The Opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Brigade, where you will be inspired to produce high-quality food experiences for our guests while working alongside an exceptional team. This is a part-time permanent opportunity, offering consistency and balance within a fast-paced, premium kitchen environment.

In this role, you will take ownership of your section, contributing to the delivery of vibrant, well-executed dishes while maintaining strong standards across preparation, presentation and service. You will work closely with the wider brigade to ensure a smooth, efficient service, while bringing energy, attention to detail and pride to everything you produce.

The Talent:

We are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for food, who are driven, creative and take pride in their craft. You will bring:

  • A creative and varied portfolio of cooking experience in high-end or quality-driven kitchens
  • The ability to manage stock levels, prep and section organisation effectively
  • An interest in sustainable practices, including farm-to-table sourcing
  • Natural leadership capability, with the confidence to support and guide junior team members
  • A Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
  • A strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and WHS standards
  • A calm, reliable approach during service periods
  • Clear communication and a positive, team-focused mindset
  • Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
