The Opportunity:  

At Crystalbrook, every dining experience is an opportunity to surprise, delight and connect. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering seamless, professional and personalized service across our venues. From welcoming guests and serving beautiful dishes to curating memorable moments, you will bring warmth, care and attention to detail to every interaction.  

Working closely with the Food and Beverage Supervisor, and a passionate team, you will help create dining experiences that reflect Crystalbrook’s distinctive personality - modern, creative and full of energy.  

This position is a part-time role, offering between 16 -24 hours per week, with opportunity to pick up additional shifts.

You are an engaging, guest-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. With a natural flair for service and a passion for hospitality, you take pride in creating memorable experiences that make every guest feel valued. Experience in a similar role is ideal, but if you have the right attitude, energy and commitment, we will provide the training and support to help you succeed.  

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service within a high-end environment preferred 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional manner  
  • Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail  
  • Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate  
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team  
  • Comfortable working across a 7-day roster 
  • Enthusiasm, adaptability and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
