The Opportunity:
When the city sleeps, our hotels continue to come alive. As Assistant Night Manager, you will take the lead in ensuring our overnight operations run seamlessly, safely and efficiently. Acting as a senior representative on shift, you will balance operational oversight with warm, personalised guest service — creating a calm and welcoming environment for every guest who walks through our doors.
From managing nightly audits and financial reconciliations to overseeing security procedures and responding to guest needs, you will play a critical role in maintaining the rhythm of the hotel after hours. You will collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth communication and continuity across departments.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys autonomy, thrives on responsibility and takes pride in delivering exceptional service when it matters most.

The Talent:
You are calm, confident and solutions-focused, with a natural ability to lead and make sound decisions independently. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for guest experience, you bring professionalism, precision and warmth to every shift.
You will bring:
- Previous experience in a Night Auditor, Night Supervisor or Assistant Night Manager role
- A strong background in hotel Front Office operations
- Experience using Opera PMS or a similar property management system
- Sound knowledge of night audit procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Confidence overseeing overnight hotel operations and ensuring security and compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Availability to work across a rotating 7-day overnight roster (11:00pm - 7:00am), including weekends and public holidays
