Role Purpose:

We are looking for a CDP to join our team on a casual basis, where you will be inspired to produce the highest quality food experience for our guests working with and for an exceptional brigade and creating flavours with vibrancy and excitement.   

Skills and experience:

We are seeking individuals with passion for food and who are driven and creative and display:

• A lead by example attitude - collectively team focused, fostering collaboration and inclusion 
• Academic achievement with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery 
• A creative and varied portfolio of cooking experience in high end kitchens 
• The inherent ability to manage relevant stock levels 
• An ambition on sustainable practices - farm to table sourcing
• A healthy respect for workplace health and safety practices and procedures
• Natural leadership capability - happy to train and support junior members of the kitchen brigade
