THE ROLE:

We are seeking a passionate F&B professional to lead our premium Italian dining venue, Flynn's Italian. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be at the helm coordinating all dinner and breakfast operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves hospitality and thrives on providing impeccable service.

In this role you will:

• Naturally demonstrate an inherent desire to provide our guests and customers with the best level of service
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with health regulations
• Help manage a passionate team by providing ongoing development and feedback
• Manage schedules, staffing levels, and ensuring proper coverage during peak hours.
• Foster a positive work culture, by providing consistent feedback, coaching and ongoing training to our team
• Promote marketing strategies to maximise sales

ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality professional who has:

• Prior experience leading teams and venues in a Food & Beverage environment
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Passion for the culinary arts and dedication to delivering an exceptional dining experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
