The Opportunity:
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor (Breakfast), you will take the lead in delivering a seamless and engaging morning service, ensuring every guest starts their day with a high-quality, memorable experience.
Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee day-to-day breakfast operations, coordinating the team, managing service flow and maintaining strong standards across presentation, quality and guest interaction. You will be a visible, hands-on leader on shift - setting the tone, supporting your team and stepping in wherever needed to ensure service runs smoothly.
You will also support team development through on-shift guidance and training, ensuring procedures and service standards are consistently followed. From preparing the venue for service and managing reservations to responding to guest feedback and supporting operational improvements, you will play a key role in delivering both service excellence and a well-run operation.
This is a part-time, permanent role, offering 24 hours per week guaranteed, suited to someone who thrives in early morning operations and enjoys leading from the floor.

You are a confident, service-driven leader who brings energy, organisation and attention to detail to every shift. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in supporting your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You will bring:
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or senior service role
- A strong understanding of restaurant operations and service flow
- Confidence leading a team and supporting performance on shift
- Experience managing guest feedback and resolving issues professionally
- Understanding of cost control, labour and basic P&L principles
- A current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Availability to work across a 7-day roster, with a focus on early mornings and weekends
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach
Experience in high-volume or hotel breakfast service will be highly regarded.
