Reporting to the Director, Revenue and Channel Performance, you will be the go-to expert for all things related to our sales, revenue and distribution tech stack. From managing and enhancing systems, to managing external relationships and delivering best-in-class reporting, you will play a vital role in the onward success of our hotels across Australia.

Are you a digitally fluent hospitality professional with a passion for optimising performance and driving operational excellence? Crystalbrook Collection is seeking a Revenue & Distribution Systems Manager to take ownership of our critical systems and reporting frameworks across Sales, Revenue and our Customer Sales Centre.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead day-to-day management of our Sales, Revenue and Distribution systems
  • Influence all system enhancements, upgrades and integrations
  • Deliver impactful reporting through Power BI and Sales & Service Cloud dashboards
  • Project manage the implementation of all distribution systems and channels for new hotel openings
  • Provide system training and critical support to internal teams
  • Liaise with system providers and ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Sales Centre on operational readiness
  • Support rate loading and troubleshoot distribution issues
  • Deliver accurate periodic reports

Your skills and experience:

  • Current hotel/hospitality revenue management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of systems such as Duetto, SynXis, OTA Insight, Power BI, SiteMinder, Sabre, Service Cloud, Opera V5/Cloud, Cvent, Ivvy and Sales Cloud
  • Strong data analysis skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to build and manage senior stakeholder relationships
  • A strong service mindset and collaborative approach
