The Role
Reporting to the Director of Revenue and Channel Performance, this role is responsible for driving total revenue performance through intelligent pricing, inventory and distribution strategies.
You will lead the revenue narrative for your portfolio of hotels — balancing data, instinct and market intelligence to optimise performance, grow market share and unlock opportunity across all segments.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations, you will ensure every decision is deliberate, every strategy is measured, and every outcome moves us forward.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading weekly revenue reviews, translating data into decisive action
- Designing and executing dynamic pricing and inventory strategies
- Monitoring competitor movements and positioning Crystalbrook ahead of the market
- Driving segmentation strategies across Corporate, Leisure, Group and Government
- Partnering with Sales and Marketing to grow direct and digital revenue channels
- Delivering rolling forecasts, budgets and performance insights
- Elevating capability within the hotel through revenue education and coaching
- Continuously refining systems, processes and performance benchmarks

- Proven experience in revenue management within hotels or hospitality
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate insight into action
- Collaborative mindset, working seamlessly across teams
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
