Crystalbrook Collection is looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Marketing Manager who is ready to challenge convention, elevate experiences and bring our brands to life in considered and impactful ways.
This position supports the entire Crystalbrook Collection portfolio across Australia and works across group brand initiatives and individual properties, ensuring campaigns and always-on marketing activity are aligned, coordinated and delivered to a high standard. From hotels and resorts to restaurants, bars and new developments, your work will influence how guests discover, engage with and experience our brands at every touchpoint.
The role:
As a key member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Manager, Group, role is responsible for the planning, development and delivery of marketing activity across Crystalbrook Collection. You will sit at the centre of brand, campaign, digital, CRM and PR activity - connecting ideas to execution and ensuring consistency across channels and properties.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing Director, Campaign Director, Digital and CRM teams, hotel marketing teams and agency partners to translate strategic priorities into coordinated multi-channel activity.
In this role, you will thrive in a fast paced and evolving environment, leading multiple campaigns and stakeholder relationships with clarity, curiosity and confidence. You will bring a strong commercial lens while ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand integrity and elevates the experience.
Based in our Surry Hills Head Office, this is a full-time position with an office-based focus, with some hybrid working available following a qualifying period.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting delivery of the overarching brand strategy across all properties and business units
- Leading content planning and promotional storytelling across social, email, website, digital marketing, advertising, sponsorships and PR
- Owning and managing the group content calendar, aligning activity with key campaigns, seasonal moments and trading periods
- Translating campaign concepts into coordinated execution across social, email, web, paid media, advertising and property collateral
- Collaborating with designers and agency partners to brief and deliver brand-aligned creative
- Managing PR campaign delivery in partnership with our PR agency, including media engagement, KOL coordination and hosted experiences
- Identifying proactive editorial, trend-based and partnership opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and authority
- Partnering with the CRM Marketing Manager on eDM briefing, testing and optimisation
- Reviewing SEO and website content to ensure brand alignment and accuracy
- Monitoring performance across owned, earned and paid channels and providing insights to strengthen engagement and commercial outcomes
- Acting as a key marketing contact for hotel teams, coordinating campaign rollouts and ensuring correct asset usage across properties
About you:
You are a confident, organised and commercially aware marketing professional who enjoys working across multiple brands and disciplines. Energised by hospitality, travel and lifestyle, you understand that great marketing doesn’t just build awareness - it drives bookings, loyalty and revenue growth.
You bring:
- Proven marketing experience within a multi brand environment
- Previous exposure to hotel hospitality, tourism, retail or lifestyle brands, with a strong appreciation for customer led marketing and brand storytelling
- Qualifications in Communications, Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to build credibility and influence across varied stakeholder groups
- Strong digital capability across CMS platforms, social channels and content delivery tools
- Advanced proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities with clarity and precision
- Strong initiative, commercial awareness and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- A creative, agile and solutions focused approach in a dynamic and evolving environment
- A natural interest in emerging trends, technologies and opportunities that strengthen brand impact
