Our Reservations Team supports our portfolio of eight distinctive hotels across Australia, where individuality is celebrated and differences are applauded. The team is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to every guest, handling inbound telephone, email, and webchat enquiries with warmth and professionalism. Using best-in-class service and negotiation skills, they convert enquiries into bookings while building lasting guest connections and enhancing overall customer engagement.

Responsibilities: 

  • Effective and efficient input of all hotel reservations from customers both on and offline
  • Accurately processing group and individual bookings, individual requests and payment schedules
  • Engaging conversations with our customers enhancing service provision, ensuring upgrades and additional sales
  • Accurately process, modify and confirm reservations within the hotel’s property management and booking systems
  • Contribute to the achievement of team goals through active participation, positivity and a guest-first approach

Skills and experience:

We are looking for a friendly, customer service–focused professional with exceptional verbal and written communication, listening and interpersonal skills. Ideally, you will have experience within hotel operations or reservations and demonstrate strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring:

  • Availability Monday to Friday (full-time), with occasional weekend support
  • A proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience using multiple and complex IT and booking systems
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Previous sales-based or customer service experience (highly regarded)
  • The ability to communicate in Mandarin or Japanese will also be highly regarded
