Crystalbrook Collection is offering a unique 6-month internship placement designed to give you the hands-on experience, mentorship and exposure you need to step confidently into your hospitality career.
This is more than just work experience – it’s your chance to explore operations across front office, food & beverage, guest services and hotel administration, all while being mentored by industry leaders who are passionate about shaping the next generation of hoteliers.
Our Management Internship Program offers ambitious national and international Hotel and Hospitality Students the opportunity to work within departments including front office, guest services, food & beverage, housekeeping and hotel administration. From welcoming guests and supporting events to learning the behind-the-scenes systems that keep everything running, you will take on real responsibilities and gain valuable supervisory exposure. This includes shadowing managers, assisting with shift leadership, coordinating small teams and supporting decision-making processes. You’ll see firsthand how leaders collaborate, problem-solve and elevate experiences for both guests and colleagues.

Who we’re looking for:
- 4th year students completing a Hotel or Hospitality Management degree
- A people-focused, adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about building a career in hospitality and eager to learn from industry leaders
- Eligibility to apply for a Working Holiday Visa (if applying internationally)
- Previous experience in Hotel operations preferred
- Natural “people people” who bring energy, positivity and professionalism
