  • Play a key role supporting day-to-day marketing operations, campaigns, systems, reporting, CRM, PR.

At Crystalbrook Collection, we do things differently. Driven by our mission to harness the spirit of wonder, we embrace responsible luxury with positivity, creativity, and fun, delivering locally unique hospitality experiences for our community. We're not just another hotel group — we're a bold, sustainably minded collection that puts people and place at the heart of everything we do. Guided by our values — We are Customer Obsessed, We are Collaborators, and We are Courageous — we’re passionate about creating extraordinary guest experiences and shaping a new era of hospitality.

Based in Surry Hills, Sydney, this role supports the wider Crystalbrook Collection portfolio across hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars, spas and new developments. You’ll work across brand, campaign, digital, CRM and PR activity - helping keep projects, systems, suppliers and workflows running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, coordination and getting things done. You’ll thrive on juggling priorities, supporting multiple stakeholders and ensuring the details are always covered.

The Role

As a key member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator supports the operational delivery of marketing activity across Crystalbrook Collection.

Working closely with our Marketing Managers, hotel teams, designers, CRM, digital and agency partners, this role supports everything from campaign coordination and supplier management through to reporting, finance administration, CRM support and social media execution.

You will play an important role in keeping marketing systems, approvals, timelines and communications organised, accurate and moving efficiently across the business.

Naturally, you’ll be someone who is proactive, adaptable under pressure, with strong attention to detail and a genuine willingness to support across all areas of the marketing function.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating day-to-day marketing administration and shared systems
  • Managing purchase orders, invoices, supplier coordination, travel bookings and expense tracking
  • Maintaining marketing calendars, WIP documents, reporting templates and asset libraries
  • Assisting with social media scheduling, publishing and community management across group and property channels
  • Supporting website and CMS content updates and maintaining digital platform accuracy
  • Supporting campaign rollouts and ensuring correct collateral and assets are distributed across properties
  • Assisting with supplier sourcing, print production and delivery of branded collateral and guest-facing materials
  • Supporting PR activity including media monitoring, influencer stays, familiarisations and award submissions
  • Coordinating approvals, file management and asset delivery between internal teams, properties and agencies
  • Supporting reporting across digital, CRM, PR, social media and campaign activity
  • Researching competitor activity, trends and market opportunities

About you

You are highly organised, dependable and thrive in a support-focused role where no two days are the same. You enjoy bringing order to complexity, are naturally proactive and take pride in accuracy, follow-through and teamwork.

  • Previous experience in a marketing administration or coordinator role
  • Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working across systems, platforms and shared workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM, CMS or social scheduling platforms
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong initiative and willingness to support across multiple marketing disciplines
  • A collaborative approach and positive attitude

Experience within hospitality, tourism, lifestyle or multi-site environments is highly regarded.
